Weds morning we woke up and headed to McD's in Puyallup (which I had found on my 3 trips around Puyallup the night before looking for Michelle's house). The boys FLIPPED when they saw Ronald McDonald sitting on a bench and HAD to have their picture with him.
Tristan hogged his lap refusing to let Griffin up in his lap too.
Griffin insisted on sharing his lap and not just standing next to him which resulted in him falling off :( Tristan finally got talked into moving over so they could both be on his lap.
Every day after that Tristan asked as we drove past there if that was where Ronald was and he was SO excited that it was. He even said bye to him the last time we passed it. Silly boys!
Michelle had therapy for Liam that day and Crystal had to work so we just hung out around town until she got off. We went to the park that Michelle came to rescue me by the night before. The boys played then spent time coloring, blowing bubbles and coloring with sidewalk chalk.
This guy came to the park passing out balloons, so you know the kids had to have one.
Tristan lost his as soon as we got back to the hotel from the 3rd floor :(
That night I ditched Jason and the boys and went for coffee/dessert with Crystal at Shari's. YUMMY lemon meringue pie and it was HUGE. I wish we could have seen her more but I'm glad I got to see her.
Look how cute and preggy she looks!
Here's us together real fast before Jason called again asking me to come back cause the boys were jumping on the bed
Thursday was all day Michelle fun. She took us to "her" mall. The SuperMall.. yes it's called that. We walked around, ate lunch, got some steals at Carter's (2 shirts for Tristan for $3) and then hit the indoor playground that the boys loved.
This slide was their favorite.
My kids of course had to climb the tree
After this we went and picked up Michelle's husband, Josh from work, and went back to their apt to do some laundry. The kids were getting restless again so we hit another park in Sumner that was awesome. Jena and Joe and their son joined us there too, they are very good friends of Michelle's, their son is Autistic as well.
Liam and Griffin took turns on the slide
But this spinny thing was the hit of the park.
Griffin was even nice enough to push Miss Lily around
Jason thought it was great of me to play too on this spinning thing.
We then had an impromptu picnic dinner with chicken and Jo Jos (or potato wedges for those NOT from Puyallup) from Fred Meyers. After this we all went "home" and crashed for a long time. We didn't wake up til almost 11am on Friday!
